Decorative glass has a texture, v-groove, etching, wording, etc. applied to one side of the glass and the other side is smooth. If you want the texture, v-groove, wording, etc, facing you as you pull the door open then it is an out-swing door. If you want the texture, v-groove, wording, etc, facing you as you push the door open then it is an in-swing door.
